Ang Kidlat ng Silanganan, nilikha ang Iglesia ng Makapangyarihang Diyos dahil sa pagpapakita at gawain ng Makapangyarihang Diyos, ang ikalawang pagdating ng Panginoong Jesus, ang Cristo ng mga huling araw. Binubuo ito ng lahat ng mga taong tumatanggap sa gawain ng Makapangyarihang Diyos sa mga huling araw at nilupig at niligtas ng Kanyang mga salita. Lubos itong itinatag nang personal ng Makapangyarihang Diyos at pinamumunuan Niya bilang Pastol. Talagang hindi ito nilikha ng tao. Si Kristo ay ang katotohanan, daan, at buhay. Kordero ng Diyos pakinggan ang tinig ng Diyos. Hangga't nababasa ninyo ang mga salita ng Makapangyarihang Diyos, makikita ninyo na nagpakita ang Diyos.

Kailanma'y Diyos di-nawalay sa puso ng tao,
Siya'y laging kasama nila.
Siya ang pwersa ng kanilang pamumuhay,
at ang pundasyon ng kanilang pag-iral;
Siya'y masaganang deposito para tao'y mabuhay.
Siya'ng dahilan na tao'y muling ipanganak,
at pinapalakas silang ipamuhay ang tungkulin.
Diyos lang Mismo ang may diwa ng buhay,
Diyos lang ang may landas ng buhay.
Kaya Diyos lang pinagmumulan ng buhay,
at ang laging dumadaloy na bukal ng buhay na tubig ng buhay.
Dahil sa kapangyarihan at di nabibigong pwersa ng buhay Niya,
tao'y nabuhay ng sali't salinlahi.
III
Kapangyarihan ng buhay ng Diyos, suporta sa tao'y patuloy;
Nagbayad ang Diyos ng halaga na kailanman tao'y di-naibigay.
Pwersa ng buhay ng Diyos ay nananaig sa lahat; at nangingibabaw ito sa lahat ng kapangyarihan.
Buhay Niya'y walang-hanggan, kapangyarihan Niya'y di-pangkaraniwan.
Walang nilalang o kaaway ang dadaig sa Kanyang pwersa ng buhay,
na umiiral at nagliliwanag
sa anumang oras at lugar.
Diyos lang Mismo ang may diwa ng buhay,
Diyos lang ang may landas ng buhay.
Kaya Diyos lang pinagmumulan ng buhay,
at ang laging dumadaloy na bukal ng buhay na tubig ng buhay.
Langit at lupa ma'y magbagong lubos, kailanma'y hindi ang buhay ng Diyos.
Lahat ma'y mawawala, buhay ng Diyos mananatili,
dahil ang Diyos ang puno at ugat ng pag-iral ng lahat ng bagay,
dahil ang Diyos Mismo ang walang-hanggang buhay.
IV
Buhay ng tao sa Diyos nagmumula, umiiral ang langit dahil sa Diyos,
at lupa'y umiiral dahil sa kapangyarihan ng buhay ng Diyos.
Walang nabubuhay ang makakadaig sa kapangyarihan ng Diyos,
at walang lakas ang makatatakas sa sakop ng kapamahalaan ng Diyos.
Diyos lang ang may diwa ng buhay,
Diyos lang Mismo ang may landas ng buhay.
Kaya Diyos lang ang pinagmumulan ng buhay,
at ang laging dumadaloy na bukal ng buhay na tubig ng buhay.
Dahil dito, maging sinuman sila,
sangkatauha'y dapat magpasakop sa dominyon ng Diyos,
mabuhay sa ilalim ng utos Niya.
Walang makakatakas, walang makakatakas, makakatakas sa kontrol Niya.

La cristiana Cheng Nuo es médica. En su vida, se esfuerza por ser una persona honesta de acuerdo con las palabras del Señor. En una ocasión, durante una discusión sobre el tratamiento de un paciente, revela honestamente los errores del hospital a los familiares de un paciente fallecido. Esto afecta la reputación del hospital, el cual la despide por negligencia médica. Los “malos antecedentes profesionales” hacen que Cheng Nuo sea rechazada una y otra vez en su búsqueda de trabajo. Se debate fuertemente consigo misma: decir la verdad la llevó a no poder encontrar trabajo, pero no decirla va en contra de la palabra de Dios… ¿Cómo puede seguir las palabras de Dios y ser una persona honesta? A partir de su búsqueda, finalmente encuentra la manera de practicar la verdad y ser una persona honesta e, inesperadamente, al mismo tiempo recibe la bendición de Dios…

Do you wish to know the root of why the Pharisees opposed Jesus? Do you wish to know the substance of the Pharisees? They were full of fantasies about the Messiah. What’s more, they believed only that the Messiah would come, yet did not seek the truth of life. And so, even today they still await the Messiah, for they have no knowledge of the way of life, and do not know what the way of truth is. How, say you, could such foolish, stubborn and ignorant people gain God’s blessing? How could they behold the Messiah? They opposed Jesus because they did not know the direction of the Holy Spirit’s work, because they did not know the way of truth spoken by Jesus, and, furthermore, because they did not understand the Messiah. And since they had never seen the Messiah, and had never been in the company of the Messiah, they made the mistake of paying empty tribute to the name of the Messiah while opposing the substance of the Messiah by any means. These Pharisees in substance were stubborn, arrogant, and did not obey the truth. The principle of their belief in God is: No matter how profound Your preaching, no matter how high Your authority, You are not Christ unless You are called the Messiah. Are these views not preposterous and ridiculous? I ask you again: Is it not extremely easy for you to commit the mistakes of the earliest Pharisees, given that you have not the slightest understanding of Jesus? Are you able to discern the way of truth? Can you truly guarantee that you will not oppose Christ? Are you able to follow the work of the Holy Spirit? If you do not know whether you will oppose Christ, then I say that you are already living on the brink of death. Those who did not know the Messiah were all capable of opposing Jesus, of rejecting Jesus, of slandering Him. People who do not understand Jesus are all capable of denying Him, and reviling Him. Moreover, they are capable of seeing the return of Jesus as the deceit of Satan, and more people shall condemn Jesus returning to flesh. Does not all of this make you afraid? What you face shall be blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, the ruination of the words of the Holy Spirit to the churches, and the spurning of all that is expressed by Jesus. What can you gain from Jesus if you are so befuddled? How can you understand the work of Jesus when He returns to flesh on a white cloud, if you obstinately refuse to realize your errors? I tell you this: People who do not accept the truth, yet blindly await the arrival of Jesus upon white clouds, will surely blaspheme against the Holy Spirit, and they are the race that shall be destroyed. You merely wish for the grace of Jesus, and merely want to enjoy the blissful realm of heaven, yet you have never obeyed the words spoken by Jesus, and have never received the truth expressed by Jesus when He returns to flesh. What will you hold up in exchange for the fact of Jesus’ return upon a white cloud? Is it the sincerity in which you repeatedly commit sins, and then confess them, over and over? What will you offer in sacrifice to Jesus who returns upon a white cloud? Is it the years of work with which you exalt yourselves? What will you hold up to make the returned Jesus trust you? Is it that arrogant nature of yours, which does not obey any truth?

神說：「在你的心中有一個天大的祕密是你從未覺察到的，因為你活在了沒有光明照耀的世界之中。你的心、你的靈被那惡者奪走；你的雙目被黑暗遮蔽，看不到天上的太陽，看不到夜空中的那顆閃爍著的星斗；你的雙耳被欺騙的言語堵塞，聽不到耶和華打雷般的聲音，也聽不到從寶座之上流出的眾水的聲音。你失去了本該擁有的一切，失去了全能者賜給你的一切，進入了無邊的苦海之中，沒有救助的力量，沒有生還的希望，只是在掙扎、在奔波……從那一刻開始，你就注定被那惡者苦害，遠離全能者的祝福，遠離全能者的供應，走上一條不歸路。千萬聲呼喚難以喚醒你的心、你的靈，你沉睡在惡者的手中，被那惡者引誘進入了無邊的境地，沒有方向，沒有路標。從此，你失去了起初的天真、無邪，開始躲避全能者的看顧。那惡者在你的心中指引著你的一切，成了你的生命，你不再害怕他，不再躲避、懷疑他，而是把他當作心中的神，你開始供奉他、朝拜他，與他形影不離，與他相互承諾生死。你全然不知你到底來源於何處，為何而生，為何而死。全能者被你看為陌生，你不知其來源，更不知其對你所作過的一切。從他來的一切都被你看為仇視之物，你不知道珍惜，也不知道其價值的所在。你與那惡者同行，起步在你得到全能者供應之日，幾千年的風雨，你與那惡者一起走過來，共同『對付』曾是你生命源頭的神，不知悔改，更不知自己已到了滅亡的境地。你忘記了惡者曾引誘、苦害你，忘記了你的起初，就這樣一步步被那惡者殘害到了今天，你的心、你的靈已麻木、腐朽，不再抱怨人世間的苦惱，不再認為人世間的不平，更不在乎全能者的存在與否，因為那惡者早已被你認為是你的生身父親，你已經不能離開他——這就是你心中的『祕密』。
當黎明到來的時候，東邊亮起了一顆晨星，那是從未有過的一顆星，他照亮了寂靜的星空，燃起了人們心中熄滅的燈火。這燈火使得人們不再寂寞，照亮了你也照亮了他。但是只有你仍在那黑夜中沉睡，聽不到聲音，看不到光亮，覺察不到新天新地、新時代的到來，因為你的父親告訴你：『孩子，不要起來，時候還早，天氣很冷，不要到外邊去，免得被刀槍戳傷你的眼睛。』你只相信你父親的叮嚀，因為你相信只有父親是對的，因為父親比你年長，父親是真的疼愛你。這樣的叮嚀，這樣的疼愛，使你不再相信人間有光明的傳說，不再理會這個世間是否還有真理存在，不再奢望全能者的救助，只是安於現狀，不再企盼光明的到來，不再瞭望傳說中的全能者的降臨。一切美的東西在你看來都不可能復生、存在，人類的明天、人類的未來在你的眼中消失、覆滅。你死死地拽住父親的衣衫，願與其同受苦難，深怕失去同行的伴侶，失去遠去的『方向』。迷茫的人世間，造就了一個又一個你——堅韌不拔、寧死不屈地填充著這個世界的不同角色，造就了一個又一個根本就不害怕死亡的『勇士』，更造就了一批又一批麻木了的、不知道受造為何的病癱之人。全能者的眼目巡視一個個受害至深的人類，聽到的是受苦之人的哀號，看到的是受害之人的無恥之態，感覺到的是人類失去救恩的無助與惶恐。人類拒絕他的看顧自行其道，躲避他眼目的鑒察，寧願與那仇敵一起嘗盡那深海中的苦澀滋味。全能者的嘆息不再讓人聽得見，全能者的雙手不願再撫摸這個悲慘的人類。一次次地奪回，一次次地失去，就這樣重複著他作的工作，就從那一刻開始，他感到倦了，感到厭了，便停下手中的活計，不再遊走在人中間……人根本就覺察不到這一切的變化，覺察不到全能者的來與回、惆與悵。」
