💧💧💧 The Appearance of God Has Ushered in a New Age (Excerpt I)
God’s six-thousand-year management plan is coming to an end, and the gate of the kingdom has been opened to all those who seek the appearance of God. Dear brothers and sisters, what are you waiting for? What is it that you seek? Do you await the appearance of God? Are you searching for the footprints of God? How the appearance of God is yearned for! And how difficult it is to find God’s footprints! In an age such as this, in a world such as this, what must we do to witness the day of God’s appearance? What must we do to follow the footprints of God? Such questions are faced by all those who await the appearance of God. You have all considered them on more than one occasion—but with what outcome? Where does God appear? Where are the footprints of God? Have you gained the answers? Many people’s reply would be this: God appears among those who follow Him and His footprints are among us; it’s that simple! Anyone can provide a formulaic answer, but do you understand what the appearance of God is, and what the footprints of God are? The appearance of God refers to His personal arrival on earth to do His work. With His own identity and disposition, and in His inherent method, He descends among man to conduct the work of initiating an age and ending an age. This kind of appearance is not a form of ceremony. It is not a sign, a picture, a miracle, or a grand vision, and even less is it a kind of religious process. It is a real and actual fact that can be touched and beheld. This kind of appearance is not for the sake of following a process, or for the sake of a short-term undertaking; it is, rather, for the sake of a stage of work in His management plan. The appearance of God is always meaningful, and is always connected to His management plan. This appearance is completely different from the appearance of God’s guidance, leadership, and enlightenment of man. God carries out a stage of great work each time He reveals Himself. This work is different from that of any other age. It is unimaginable to man, and has never been experienced by man. It is work that starts a new age and concludes the old age, and it is a new and improved form of work for the salvation of mankind; moreover, it is work of bringing mankind into the new age. That is the significance of the appearance of God.
At the same time as understanding the appearance of God, how should you seek the footprints of God? This question is not hard to explain: Where there is the appearance of God, you will find the footsteps of God. Such an explanation sounds very straightforward, but is not so easy to do, for many people do not know where God reveals Himself, much less where He is willing to, or should, reveal Himself. Some impulsively believe that where there is the work of the Holy Spirit, there is the appearance of God. Or else they believe that where there are spiritual figures, there is the appearance of God. Or else they believe that where people are well-known, there is the appearance of God. For the moment, let us not deliberate whether such beliefs are right or wrong. To explain such question, we must first be clear about an objective: We are searching for the footprints of God. We are not seeking spiritual figures, much less are we following famous figures; we are following the footprints of God. As such, since we are searching for the footprints of God, we must search for God’s will, for the words of God, for the utterances of God—for where there are the new words of God, there is the voice of God, and where there are the footsteps of God, there are the deeds of God. Where there is the expression of God, there is the appearance of God, and where there is the appearance of God, there exists the truth, the way, and the life. While seeking the footprints of God, you ignored the words that “God is the truth, the way, and the life.” So when many people receive the truth, they do not believe that they have found the footprints of God and much less acknowledge the appearance of God. What a serious error that is! The appearance of God cannot be reconciled with the conceptions of man, much less can God appear at the behest of man. God makes His own choices and has His own plans when He does His work; moreover, He has His own objectives, and His own methods. It is not necessary for Him to discuss the work He does with man or to seek the advice of man, much less notify each and every person of His work. This is the disposition of God and, moreover, should be recognized by everyone. If you desire to witness the appearance of God, if you wish to follow the footprints of God, then you must first transcend your own conceptions. You must not demand that God do this or that, much less should you place Him within your own confines and limit Him to your own conceptions. Instead, you should ask how you should seek the footprints of God, how you should accept the appearance of God, and how you should submit to the new work of God; that is what should be done by man. Since man is not the truth, and is not possessed of the truth, man should seek, accept, and obey.
Regardless of whether you are American, British, or any other nationality, you should step beyond your own confines, should surpass yourself, and should view the work of God as a creature of God. In this way, you shall not place constraints on the footprints of God. Because, today, many people conceive it to be impossible that God will appear in a certain country or nation. How profound is the significance of God’s work, and how important is the appearance of God! How can they be measured by the conception and thinking of man? And so I say, you should break through the conceptions of your nationality or ethnicity when you seek the appearance of God. In this way, you shall not be constrained by your own conceptions; in this way, you will be qualified to welcome the appearance of God. Otherwise, you shall always be in the darkness, and shall never gain the approval of God.

神顯現的意義
1 神的顯現是指神親自來到地上作工作,以他自己的身分、以他自己的性情、以他固有的方式降臨在人中間作開闢時代、結束時代的工作。這種顯現不是一種儀式,不是一種跡象,不是一幅圖畫,不是一種神蹟,不是一種大的異象,更不是一種宗教式的過程,而是一種實實在在的、人都能觸摸得到的、人都能目睹的實際的事實。這種顯現不是為了走走過程,不是為了一種短時間的工作,而是為了神經營計劃中的一步工作。
2 神的顯現都是都是有意義的,都是與他的經營計劃有關係的,與他的經營計劃有關係的,這裡說的「顯現」絕對不同於神引導人、帶領人、開啟人時的那種「顯現」,開啟人時的那種「顯現」。神每次的顯現都要作一步大的工作,這個工作不同於任何一個時代所作的工作,是人所想像不到的,也是人都未經歷過的,也是人都未經歷過的,是開展新時代的,也是結束舊時代的,是拯救人類的一步更新更拔高的工作,更是帶領人類進入新時代的工作,這就是神顯現的意義所在。

Sabi ng Makapangyarihang Diyos: "Dapat ninyong malaman kung paano alamin ang pagkakaiba ng gawain ng Diyos mula sa gawain ng tao. Ano ang nakikita mo mula sa gawain ng tao? Mayroong napakaraming mga elemento ng karanasan ng tao sa gawain ng tao; kung ano ang ipinahahayag ng tao ay kung ano siya. Ang sariling gawain ng Diyos ay nagpapahayag din kung ano Siya, nguni’t kung ano Siya ay naiiba sa kung ano ang tao. Kung ano ang tao ay kumakatawan sa karanasan ng tao at buhay (kung ano ang nararanasan ng tao o kinakaharap niya sa kanyang buhay, o mga saligang-kaisipan tungkol sa buhay na mayroon siya), at ang mga taong namumuhay sa iba’t ibang kapaligiran ay nagpapahayag ng iba’t ibang mga kabuuan. Kung mayroon kang mga karanasan sa pakikisama o wala at kung paano ka tunay na namumuhay at nakakaranas sa iyong pamilya ay makikita sa kung ano ang iyong ipinahahayag, samantalang hindi mo makikita mula sa gawain ng Diyos na nagkatawang-tao kung Siya ay may karanasan sa pakikisama o wala. Alam Niyang lubos ang kakanyahan ng tao, anupa’t kaya Niyang ibunyag ang lahat ng uri ng mga pagsasagawa na may kinalaman sa lahat ng uri ng mga tao. Mas mahusay pa nga Siya sa pagbubunyag ng masamang disposisyon ng tao at suwail na pag-uugali. Hindi Siya namumuhay sa gitna ng makasanlibutang mga tao, nguni’t alam Niya ang kalikasan ng mga mortal at ang lahat ng mga kasamaan ng makasanlibutang mga tao. Ito ay kung ano Siya. Kahit hindi Siya nakikitungo sa mundo, alam Niya ang mga tuntunin sa pakikitungo sa mundo, sapagka’t lubos Niyang nauunawaan ang kalikasan ng tao. Alam Niya ang tungkol sa gawain ng Espiritu na hindi nakikita ng mga mata ng tao at hindi naririnig ng mga tainga ng tao, maging ngayon at noong nakaraan. Kasama rito ang karunungan na hindi isang saligang-kaisipan ng buhay ng tao at himalang hindi maarok ng mga tao. Ito ay kung ano Siya, ginawang bukas sa mga tao at nakatago rin sa mga tao. Ang Kanyang ipinahahayag ay hindi ang kung ano ang isang hindi-pangkaraniwang tao, kundi ang likas na mga katangian at kabuuan ng Espiritu. Hindi Siya naglalakbay sa buong mundo nguni’t alam Niya ang lahat tungkol dito. Nakikipag-ugnayan Siya sa mga “unggoy na hawig sa tao” na walang kaalaman o pananaw, nguni’t nagpapahayag Siya ng mga salita na mas mataas sa kaalaman at mas higit sa mga dakilang tao. Namumuhay Siya sa gitna ng pangkat ng mapupurol-ang-isip at manhid na mga tao na walang pagkatao at hindi nakakaunawa sa mga kalakaran at buhay ng tao, nguni’t kaya Niyang hingin sa sangkatauhan na isabuhay ang normal na pagkatao, habang ibinubunyag ang hamak at mababang pagkatao ng sangkatauhan. Lahat ng ito ay kung ano Siya, mas mataas sa kahit anong laman-at-dugong tao. 「每天被逼打坐8小時,坐得腰都直不起來,腳踝骨外側泛著黑色瘀血。」70歲的孫玉英(化名,女)回憶著自己被判刑坐監3年的經歷,「霜雪天都是沖涼水(洗澡),牢頭看我凍得發抖,譏諷說『誰叫你犯罪』。」https://reurl.cc/mn3ZkA
所謂的「犯罪」,僅僅因為她信全能神。全能神教會是目前遭受中共迫害最嚴重的新興基督教團體,因發展迅速且不受管控被中共列入「邪教」名單加以殘酷鎮壓。根據中國刑法第300條規定,參與「邪教組織」可被判處3至7年有期徒刑。
「一個房間最少睡38人,上廁所都要跨著人過。」她描述著剛到看守所中的生活環境,「天天吃夾生飯,幾乎沒有見過青菜,有的人十天八天都不大便。」
由於睡濕地板,常洗涼水澡,一個月後,她的腰痛得越來越厲害,躺下一個小時就痛得要坐起來,但獄醫卻硬說「身體健康」,不給她吃藥。
此後漫長又黑暗的三年多裡,她每天晚上都腰痛得難以入睡,身體每況愈下。有一次,她凌晨站崗,剛站了15分鐘就昏倒在地。
一年多後,她被轉入當地一所女子監獄。獄檢時,醫生說她腰椎間盤突出3厘米,還患上了腎結石。即便如此,她每月只能得到3粒止痛片。
除了長期遭病痛折磨,精神折磨更令她難以忍受。她後來被關進全能神教會基督徒和法輪功學員的監禁專區,在這裡,中共以各種方式逼迫她們放棄信仰。
獄警天天逼她看政府製作的抵制全能神教會的洗腦資料,要求每10天交一份觀後感,還一直逼她寫放棄信仰的自白書、保證書、悔過文章。即便回到牢房,寸步不離的牢頭也奉命對她循環洗腦,為了禁止她作禱告,連上廁所都緊盯不捨。
每當她拒絕寫背叛信仰的材料,就會被牢頭打罵,懲罰她徹夜不能睡。
「想到他們天天逼我寫那些顛倒黑白、背叛信仰的話,我就覺得很痛苦,甚至萌生了自殺的念頭。」最痛苦的時候,她曾兩次試圖用睡褲勒死自己,都被值班人員發現、制止。
獲釋後,她被診斷患腰椎盤滑脫、左膕窩囊腫和腎結石,手術治療後只能臥床安養。但中共仍不放過這個病重的老人,不斷對她跟蹤回訪,這種被騷擾監視的生活讓老人如同生活在無形的監獄中。
孫玉英只是眾多受迫害的老年基督徒中的一例。
遼寧省一名72歲全能神教會基督徒,在2012年冬天因傳福音被警察毆打、踢斷肋骨並拘留15天,期間還逼她洗涼水澡。2018年,已患肺癌連說話都吃力的她再次被警察強行拖拽到派出所審訊,獲釋10天後病逝。
廣西一名81歲全能神教會基督徒,在2015年因聚會被抓關押8個月,期間4次暈倒,警察視若無睹,最終以「利用邪教組織破壞法律實施罪」判處他有期徒刑一年零六個月。
江蘇省78歲全能神教會基督徒,兩年間多次被政府人員上門盤問、電話傳喚,為躲避騷擾,他只好每月輾轉到親朋家躲藏。2017年,已患腦梗、心肌梗塞、高血壓等疾病的他,以同樣的罪名被判3年有期徒刑。
安徽省一名75歲的全能神教會基督徒,10年間2次因信仰被捕,關押期間經常被虐待、毆打,被逼從事繁重勞役。https://reurl.cc/mn3ZkA

新基建:中国政府加强信息控制的新武器?

新冠疫情给中国经济造成巨大的损失,中国政府及官媒开始热炒“新基建”项目,试图将其作为中国经济走出低谷的利器。但舆论对“新基建”的看法分化严重,还有评论认为“新基建”将加大政府对个人信息的控制。
自三月份以来,“新基建”在中国媒体上形成一波新的舆论高潮。在新冠疫情中对中国经济倍感忧虑的人们似乎看到了新的希望。尤其是中国国家领导人习近平上周在浙江巡视复工复产的过程中,还专门提到要加快5G网络、数据中心等新型基础设施建设。
促进新产业发展
新基建的提法是在2018年底的中共中央经济工作会议公报上首次现身。今年3月初中共中央政治局再次推出,作为重新激发受疫情打击的经济领域的一个重要政策。新基建主要包含5G 基建、特高压、城际高速铁路和城际轨道交通、新能源汽车充电桩、大数据中心、人工智能、工业互联网等七大经济领域。据招商证券的报告显示,这七大板块在未来五年可能获得投资达七万亿元。另据《证券时报》估计,仅今年,新基建投资规模就将近一万亿元人民币。
中国金融学者贺江兵认为,这些领域的项目对中国经济确实有好处:“新基建要做的话,的确是有需求,毕竟它对新的产业还是比较有用的。比如说新能源汽车,你没有充电装置是不行的,它(这些项目)配套一下也是可以的。”
属于新基建概念范围内的不少企业闻风而动。在美国纽约上市的中国人工智能和区块链公司“优点互动”在三月底宣布组建两个新的经济实体,专门从事车联网和新能源方面的项目。几乎与此同时,中国四家主要的电信公司也宣布将在今年投资200亿元人民币用于5G网建设。
长期从事中国宏观经济研究的前北大教授夏业良指出,在促进新产业发展的同时,新基建项目对现存的经济问题也有所缓解:
“它的确可以缓解库存积压,生产能力过剩,劳动力大批失业等问题,避免了这一些情况。”
夏业良还表示,其中很多项目尤其是对中西部地区,会有一定的帮助:“这些工程可以慢慢扩展到比较偏僻落后的地方,比如说这种特高压的输变电站,可以使得比较落后的、没有电的落后地区都能有电力供应,然后就有5G网络覆盖。”
造成新的问题
但如此庞大的投资规模是否会给国民经济造成新的问题,也引来了质疑声。
中欧国际工商学院终身荣誉教授许小年最近发表评论说,中央财政为扶持在疫情中受损害较大的企业,实行了减税等措施,这会对财政造成困难。
他还指出,中国宏观经济总体负债率260%,继续借债有风险,投资于新基建项目的资金来源存在问题。
为了解决疫情造成的经济问题和新基建等项目的投资,中共中央政治局于3月26日召开会议,决定发行“特别国债”,并增加地方政府专项债券规模。
金融学家贺江兵对特别国债的做法表示认可:“现在主要就是通过发债,中央政府的债务很低,只有十来万亿,还不是很高。”
但他又指出,新基建项目毕竟不能帮助在疫情中受损的中小企业,这才是国民经济增长的主要部分。
经济学教授夏业良则认为,通过政府投资,刺激经济,是中国政府多年来沿袭凯恩斯主义经济政策的老办法,这不可避免地会造成货币超发、通货膨胀等问题。https://reurl.cc/z8NZ0p
扩大信息控制
但夏业良比较关注的是新基建项目可能带来的另一个负面影响:“因为他掌握了信息,把每个人分散的数据都掌握了,形成一种大数据后,这个是很可怕的。从人的思想、行为,到他的经济活动,包括他的日常消费、文娱,甚至他的爱情、婚姻,方方面面都能渗透进去。”
在新基建舆论的高潮背景下,3月底,华为联合中国工信部和中国联通等公司在联合国国际电信联盟(ITU)的会议上提议,采用一种新的核心网络技术新标准,名为“New IP”。虽然华为董事长徐直军表示这只是一个纯技术问题,但外界广泛认为,中国想以此成为新一代网络技术标准定制者。
据英国《金融时报》报道,这一提议已经得到俄罗斯的支持,但西方国家认为,这种新的标准可能分化世界互联网,进一步强化政府对网络的控制。
