（十四）如何追求性情變化被神成全的話語
511 吃喝神話，禱告操練，接受神的負擔，接受神的托付，都是為了使你前面有路，你對神的托付越有負擔你就越好被神成全。有些人讓他起來配搭事奉他還不願意，這是懶惰貪享安逸的人。越讓你起來配搭事奉，你的經歷越多，因你負擔多了，經歷多了，被成全的機會也就多了，所以説，你能真心事奉神就能體貼神的負擔，這樣你被神成全的機會就多了，現在正在成全這樣一批人。聖靈越加倍感動你，你體貼神負擔的時候越多，越能被神成全，越能被神得着，到最後成為神所使用的人。現在有些人對教會没有負擔，疲疲沓沓，只顧自己肉體，這是太自私的人，也是瞎眼的人。你看不透這事就没有負擔，你越體貼神的心意，神越加給你負擔。自私的人不願受這苦，不願付代價，結果被神成全的機會就錯過了，這不是坑害自己嗎？如果你是體貼神心意的人，你就會對教會産生真實的負擔，實際上與其説對教會有負擔，不如説是對你自己的生命有負擔，因為你對教會産生負擔是為了藉此經歷來讓神成全你。所以説，哪個人對教會最有負擔，哪個人對生命進入有負擔，哪個人就是被神成全的人。你看透了嗎？若你所在的教會一盤散沙你仍然不着急不上火，弟兄姊妹不能正常吃喝神話你更是視而不見，這是没有負擔的表現，這樣的人不是神喜愛的人，神所喜愛的人是飢渴慕義的人，都是體貼神心意的人。所以，現在你們應該體貼神的負擔，别等着神公義的性情向萬人顯現了你再體貼神的負擔，那時不就晚了嗎？現在正是被神成全的好機會，你若錯過被神成全的機會，你將終生遺憾，像摩西一樣没進入迦南美地終生遺憾，懊悔着死去。等神公義性情向萬民顯現時你就得懊悔，神不刑罰你，你也得因懊悔而自我刑罰。有些人對這話不服氣，不信你等着看，有些人就是為成全這話的，你願意為這話當犧牲品嗎？

一、反省自己

最近上层带领来指导工作，发现她能熟练地找出神话解决问题，我十分高看她，有什么问题都找她，她怎么说我就怎么做。（别人的事例）

反省：这个情形不对，神话是怎么揭示，定义，审判，定罪的呢？
.
二、根据神话认识自己
.
神说：“他们临到任何事都不寻求真理，也不按着真理原则行事，而是受人的摆布、受人的操纵，甚至有很多人尽本分从来不祷告，从来不寻求真理原则，只问人，只听人的，只看人的脸色行事，人指挥他做什么他就去做什么。他觉得有事祷告神、寻求真理渺茫，很难，他就找个简单易行的办法，感觉听人的、依靠人最现实，又容易，那就干脆听人的，事事都问人，事事都听人的。结果他信神多年从来没有在哪一件事临到的时候来到神的面前祷告寻求神的意思、寻求真理，达到明白真理按着神的心意去做、去行，从来没有过这样的经历。这样的人是不是在信神？”----《话・卷三 末世基督座谈纪要・敬畏神才能走上蒙拯救的路》

三、 承认接受神话所揭示的事实；四、悔改
.
借着神话的揭示，认识到我凡事都听带领，这不是信神而是信人。神啊，我愿意悔改，以后做什么事都寻求真理，按真理实行，不再带领说什么就听什么，阿门。

五、寻求真理原则，按原则实行
.
神说：“一个人被弟兄姊妹选为带领，或者被神家提拔作某一项工作、尽某一项本分，并不意味着他的地位、身份就特殊了，也不意味着他所明白的真理比别人多、比别人深，更不意味着他能顺服神，不会背叛神了，当然也不意味着他就认识神了，是敬畏神的人了，事实上这些还都没有达到，只是简单意义上的提拔与培养，不等于就是神命定好的、神验中的。这个提拔、培养只是提拔出来，有待培养，至于培养的最终结果如何，就在于这个人是否追求真理，能否选择走追求真理的道路。所以，一个人在教会中被提拔、培养做带领，仅仅是简单意义上的提拔与培养，并不代表这个人已经是合格的、称职的带领了，已经是可以担当带领工作、可以作实际工作的人了，并不是这样。多数人都看不透这些事，就凭想象高看这些被提拔的人，这是错误的。”----《话・卷五 带领工人的职责》
“我说这话是什么意思呢？就是告诉所有的人要正确对待神家提拔、培养的各类人才，不要对这些人有苛刻的要求，当然也不要对这些人有不符合实际的看法。过分地高看、仰望他们，这是人的愚蠢，过分地对他们有苛刻要求，这也是不人道、不合实际的。那怎么对待他们是最合理的呢？把他们当成普通人，有问题需要寻求的时候跟他们交通，互相取长补短。”----《话・卷五 带领工人的职责》
