Hello everyone, this is "Seek and You Will Find." We all see that the great tribulation has now come. The prophecy of the Lord’s return has basically been fulfilled. Now is the most critical time to welcome the Lord. But some brothers and sisters think that as long as we keep the name of the Lord Jesus and keep the Lord’s ways, the Lord will definitely reveal it to us when he comes and will not leave us behind. Anyone who testifies that the Lord has come, especially those who testify that the Lord has come incarnate, is definitely false. There is no need to investigate, lest you be deceived by false Christs and false prophets. Because the Lord Jesus clearly said: ”Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.“‪（Matthew‬24:23-24）
Brothers and sisters. The Lord Jesus did tell us that in the last days, false Christs and false prophets will come out to deceive people, and there have been many incidents of false Christs and false prophets deceiving people in many countries. But we must understand the Lord’s intention when He said these words so as not to deviate from the Lord’s way. In fact, the Lord said this so that we can discern false Christs and not be deceived by them. Instead of blindly guarding against false Christs and refusing to investigate and welcome the Lord. Many places in the Bible predict that the Lord will return in the last days. We also all acknowledge that the Lord will come back for us. If we think that everything that testifies to the Lord’s return is false, we will not seek or investigate it, or even resist and condemn it. Is this not denying the Lord's return and condemning Him to return as well? If so, how can we welcome the Lord?
The Lord Jesus said, ”Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:“（Matthew‬7:7 ） ”My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. " (John 10:27) “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”（Revelation‬2:29 . There is also the parable of the ten virgins. The wise virgins heard the cry that the bridegroom was coming and came out to meet him. The reference in the Lord's word for us to pray, to seek, to knock, and to hear God's voice and come out to meet him is a reference for us to focus on seeking and on hearing God's voice. If we do not seek or investigate everything that witnesses to the Lord's coming, then how can we hear the voice of the Lord and welcome Him? Isn't this a case of starving for fear of choking, and a small loss for a big loss?
Then the Lord Jesus said, “ there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” What does this mean? In fact, the Lord said this to remind us that false Christs rely on showing signs and wonders to deceive people. This is the main characteristic of false Christs. If we want to welcome the return of the Lord and not be deceived by false Christs, the most important thing is to be able to distinguish between true and false Christs. So how do we distinguish between true and false Christs?
In the Age of Grace, the Lord Jesus came and said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). The Lord Jesus expressed many truths, expressed his character that is dominated by love and mercy, and completed God’s work of redeeming all mankind. It can be seen that Christ can express the truth, the character of God, and what God has and is. Wise virgins can hear the voice of God from the truth expressed by Christ, accept Christ, and follow Christ, Get the salvation of Christ. The Lord Jesus said long ago, "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come." (‪John‬16:12-13 ) The Lord's return in the last days will also express all the truths needed for man's salvation. The wise virgins will be able to hear the voice of God and welcome the Lord's return from among these truths that the Lord will come again to express.
Most of the false Christs are possessed by evil spirits. None of them has the truth, and they cannot express the truth or the character of God. It cannot do the work of saving people. False Christs can only imitate Christ and perform small signs and wonders to deceive those who are ignorant and have no discernment. But such big miracles as calming the wind and the sea and feeding 5,000 people with five loaves and two fishes, false Christs cannot do them at all.
There is another aspect. The coming of Christ can usher in a new era and end the old. When Jesus officially began to work, the Age of Grace began. We can see the beginning of a new era from the words and work of the Lord Jesus. God has new requirements for man, issued new commandments, and brought man a new way of practice. And false Christs cannot do the work of opening up a new era and ending the old era. They can only imitate God on the basis of God’s original work and say some words to imitate the Lord Jesus. It performs small miracles, or cures diseases and drives out demons to achieve its purpose of confusing people, making them worship and follow them. In addition, God is always new and never old, and God does not do repetitive work. If the Lord returns in the last days and performs signs and wonders, healing the sick and driving out demons, exactly like what Jesus did, then God’s work will be repeated. The work done by Jesus would be meaningless and worthless. God does one step of work in one era, and after each step of God’s work, evil spirits will imitate it to interrupt and disrupt God’s work. Therefore, the Lord Jesus told us the characteristics of false Christs in advance, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Lest we be deceived by false Christs and led astray.
There is another aspect. The work of Christ is oriented to all mankind. Therefore, the work of Christ can extend to the ends of the universe. What comes from God will prosper. If it is God’s work, no matter how many people resist, condemn, or deny it, no one or any force can stop it. Moreover, the essence of Christ cannot be denied by anyone. Christ is always Christ, and no one can deny that. Just like the Lord Jesus doing work. At that time, both the Jewish and Roman governments rose up to condemn and resist the Lord Jesus, and nailed Him to the cross. The entire age has rejected the Lord Jesus. But today, 2000 years later, we see that the gospel of the Lord Jesus has spread throughout the world and to the ends of the earth. The entire religious world recognizes that the Lord Jesus is the Christ. False Christs have no truth and cannot conquer people, and nothing they say or do can win public recognition. Because false Christs belong to darkness and evil and cannot see the light. They can only rely on showing signs and wonders and telling specious heresies and fallacies to confuse the ignorant people in dark corners everywhere. All the work of evil spirits belonging to false Christs cannot last long, and they will disperse and self-destruct before long. In fact, it is easy to distinguish false Christs.
When we master the principles of distinguishing true and false Christs, we no longer have to worry about being deceived by false Christs because false Christs will appear in the last days. In this way, we can confidently and boldly investigate the work of the Lord’s return in the last days. The most important point is that Christ is the truth, the way, and the life. Only Christ can express the truth and do God’s own work. Anyone who claims to be Christ but cannot express the truth cannot do the work of saving mankind. Anyone who cannot save mankind or usher in a new era, but only shows some signs and wonders to deceive people, is a false Christ.

The work carried out in the last days cannot replace the work of the Age of Law or that of the Age of Grace. However, the three stages, interconnecting, form one entity, and all are the work of one God. Naturally, the execution of this work is divided into separate ages. The work done in the last days brings everything to a close; that done in the Age of Law was the work of commencement; and that done in the Age of Grace was the work of redemption. As for the visions of the work in this entire six-thousand-year management plan, no one is able to gain insight or understanding, and these visions remain riddles. In the last days, only the work of the word is carried out in order to usher in the Age of Kingdom, but it is not representative of all the ages. The last days are no more than the last days and no more than the Age of Kingdom, and they do not represent the Age of Grace or the Age of Law. 🍁4. The Relationship Between Each of the Three Stages of God’s Work

The work in the last days is the final stage of the three. It is the work of another new age and does not represent the entirety of the work of management. The six-thousand-year management plan is divided into three stages of work. No one stage alone can represent the work of the three ages, but only one part of a whole. The name Jehovah cannot represent the whole of God’s disposition. The fact that He carried out His work in the Age of Law does not prove that God can only be God under the law. Jehovah set forth laws for man and handed down commandments to him, asking man to build the temple and the altars; the work He did represents only the Age of Law. This work that He did does not prove that God is only a God who asks man to keep the law, or that He is the God in the temple, or that He is the God before the altar. To say this would be untrue. The work done under the law can only represent one age. Therefore, if God only did the work in the Age of Law, then man would confine God within the following definition, saying, “God is the God in the temple, and, in order to serve God we must put on priestly robes and enter the temple.” If the work in the Age of Grace had never been carried out and the Age of Law had continued until the present, man would not know that God is also merciful and loving. If the work in the Age of Law had not been done, and instead only the work in the Age of Grace, then all man would know is that God can only redeem man and forgive man’s sins. Man would know only that He is holy and innocent, and that for man’s sake He is able to sacrifice Himself and be crucified. The work that Jesus did represented the name of Jesus, and it represented the Age of Grace; as for the work done by Jehovah, it represented Jehovah, and it represented the Age of Law. Their work was the work of one Spirit in two different ages. The work that Jesus did could only represent the Age of Grace, and the work that Jehovah did could only represent the Old Testament Age of Law. Jehovah only guided the people of Israel and of Egypt, and of all the nations beyond Israel. The work of Jesus in the New Testament Age of Grace was the work of God under the name of Jesus as He guided the age. … Although They were called by two different names, it was the same Spirit that accomplished both stages of work, and the work that was done was continuous. As the name was different, and the content of the work was different, the age was different. When Jehovah came, that was the age of Jehovah, and when Jesus came, that was the age of Jesus. And so, with each coming, God is called by one name, He represents one age, and He launches a new path; and on each new path, He assumes a new name, which shows that God is always new and never old, and that His work never ceases to progress in a forward direction. History is always moving forward, and the work of God is always moving forward. For His six-thousand-year management plan to reach its end, it must keep progressing in a forward direction. Each day He must do new work, each year He must do new work; He must launch new paths, launch new eras, begin new and greater work, and along with these, bring new names and new work.
